Captains for the team are David Rietzen, Trent Stahl, Gil Santiago, and Tom Maloney. Their best game was their win against Morrisville, a team which currently has an 8-1 record, with LM giving them their only loss. They have a big game coming up against New Hope on 10/25 with the opportunity to make the state playoffs for the first time since 2012. Coach Dom is proud of the team for coming together, as they work to continue going in the right direction and building a winning program for the community.

BOYS & GIRLS GOLF
This year, the golf team’s record was 1-7-1, defeating William Tennent and tying with Cheltenham. The boy’s captains are Senior Zach Kendall and Junior Jackson Calder, and the girl’s captain is Alyssa Gottesman. All three captains went to the Suburban One League Championships! The new additions of Sean Rue and Dylan Stolarski significantly helped the boy’s team in matches this year. The boy’s league championships were especially competitive to make this year, as the boys all had to have less than a 5.0 handicap to make it. On the boys side, Jackson led the team, with a handicap of 3.61, along with Zach, whose handicap was 4.18. At the SOL League Championships, Jackson shot a 100 and Zach shot a 99. At the Girls SOL League Championships, Alyssa Gottesman was the first girl to go to leagues in at least 5 years and shot a 99, just one stroke shy of making Districts. Let’s go, Lions!!
FIELD HOCKEY
The Field Hockey team is hitting their stride at the right time, as they finished the regular season with a 4-1-1 record in their last 6 games. That record included a 1-1 tie with Springfield in overtime and a very close loss to New Hope-Solebury, two programs that traditionally have multiple members of their teams commit to play Field Hockey at the college level. The captains for the team are Mia Torgan, Ashley Avington, and Madelyn Rossiter. The girls will turn their sights to the District playoffs, which they were out of just a few weeks ago. The team is seeded 14th at the moment, and will play a 1st round playoff game on the road this week.
