Recently, staff writer Adam Forman sat down with Lower Moreland student Fernanda Gushi to talk about her booming bracelet business.

 

Q: What is the name of your business?

A: The name of my business is Fernanda’s Customized Bracelets.

 

Q: When did you start your business?

A: I started this business in the fall of 2022.

 

Q: Why did you decide to become a business owner?

A: I am going to graduate from school soon, and I am looking for a way to make money.

 

Q: What was your mission at the start of your company?

A: My mission when I started the company was to learn how to run a business, particularly to develop my business skills. 

 

Q: How many employees does your company have?

A: I’m the owner of the company, and there are two employees, my mom and me.

 

Q: How have you advertised your business so far?

A: I have made signs and hung them around the school, such as on the tables in the cafeteria. In addition, I have advertised near the cash register for Coco Loco. Coco Loco is another business that I work for. 

 

Q: Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your business?

A: Just that I hope I sell a lot of bracelets and make a lot of money. I have new designs for Spring 2023!
